Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach 

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen blackberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions:

Throw all ingredients into a high-performance blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately.

Simple Strawberry Smoothie Recipe #2: Dark Chocolate Dreams (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond (or cashew) milk

  • 3 pieces of dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher)

  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions:
